Is there a dental school or a low-cost dental option in your area? I know some places have special clinics that will provide services for cheap.
Also, there's CareCredit, which is like a credit card but can only be used for medical, dental, or pet medicine needs. It lets you pay back in incriments and the interest rate is pretty good. You might want to check that out as well if you're really in that much pain.
I think GPs can pull teeth even though they're not dentists, too.
Just some thoughts! I used to help my students, most of whom didn't have insurance, find other options for themselves and their kids, so I am kind of ADVICEPANTS MCGEE sometimes. >.>
