The thing is, these are plus-calf boots, which are pretty much impossible to find in stores (I've never seen them anywhere), so it's pretty necessary to order on-line.

And I could never justify spending over a $100 on a pair of shoes! *laughs* These boots are the most expensive I've ever owned, and even they were only about $45 on clearance ($70 at full price).

I think I'd really rather just keep them and try to lose the weight, which I really need to do anyway. That way, I get the shoes and a healthier body to boot. (Ah, that was a bad pun! >.<)
