Decisions, decisions...

Man, why does Right Stuf always have to have such good sales? They're having a 33% off manga sale for titles from DC Comics and CMX Manga, and it it just so happens that there are several series I'm interested in from them.

Doing the calculations:

If I order everything I'm interested in (plus a few bargain bin items -- a one-shot manga called Over the Rainbow and all three Nerima Daikon Brothers DVDs), it comes up to roughly $150. I can swing it thanks to Christmas money, and it's not a bad price for twenty volumes of manga -- like I said, there's a lot I want! -- but stiill, it's a hundred and fifty dollars.

If I take away the longest series, which happens to be the one I'm least interested in (Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne), that brings the price down to about a hundred. More reasonable, but I don't know...

And if I stick with just the titles I really want (Canon and Name of the Flower) and dump the other title I'm iffy about (Venus Capriccio), it goes down to about seventy-five. Definitely doable, but Venus Capriccio does look like something I'd like...

Gah, and the sale ends today! I've got to make up my mind! (And stop procrastinating. I should be writing, not browsing Right Stuf...)

Might as well go for it, IMO. Enjoy manga while manga can still be purchased here in the States! :-)

I decided to go middle of the road. I can always get KKJ during another sale if I decide I really want it. For now, I think three new series and a one-shot is enough. ^_^
