Day 16 – Summaries – Do you like them or hate them? How do you come up with them, if you use them?
I like them, I guess? That's a weird question. How many people actually prefer reading a story with no summary? If it's referring to if I like writing them or not, eh, I'm pretty ambivalent. I don't put too much thought into summaries for ficlets. I just sum up what the story is about in one sentence, without really caring if it's intriguing or interesting. I put a little more thought into the summaries for longer stories, but it's not like I have a set format or anything like that, so it's hard to explain how I come up with them. I just...do.
