As proof of my rediscovered Sims addiction, I proudly (or not-so-proudly) present to you... All My Sims.

While this appears to be your average, middle-class house, inside, dark secrets reside, threatening to tear apart the very foundation of the Smith family who lives there.

Meet the Smith family -- father R---Sim, mother MegSim, and their twin daughters EvaSim (in pink) and ZoeSim (in red). They look like a typical, all-American family, but, as the saying goes, appearances can be deceiving. While R---Sim provides for his family as an up-and-coming journalist, stay-at-home mom MegSim fills the lonely days and nights while her husband is out getting the story with a series of shocking lovers. Among them are:

Her best friend's husband, KrisSim!

Her best friend, CrystleSim!

Her sister's live-in boyfriend, JoeSim!

And the most shocking affair of all, her very own sister, LauraSim!

Clearly, MegSim suffers from an extreme case of sexual addiction, but she isn't the only one looking outside her marriage for the satisfaction she feels she doesn't get a home. Unbeknownst to his wife, R---Sim has been hiding a huge secret about his sexuality -- he's actually gay and having his own affairs with KrisSim and JoeSim on the down low!

(The next winners of Dancing with the Stars? Not likely.)

Speaking of tragedies, R---Sim and MegSim aren't the only family members with dark secrets to hide. Though their parents always insisted they never played favorites, ZoeSim knew early on that her parents preferred her smarter, more talented twin sister EvaSim over her.

So, when EvaSim came home one day from school with a hundred dollar bill from their grandparents for good grades, ZoeSim lured her sister into her bedroom, stole her money, took down the doors, and left her to starve.

EvaSim eventually died, but, no matter how R---Sim pleaded for his beloved daughter's life, the Grim Reaper took her away.

ZoeSim made a great show of grieving over her twin sister's death, but, secretly, she was glad EvaSim was gone. Now, she could be her parents' only and favorite child. Or, at least, so she thought....

While ZoeSim pretended to grieve for her late sister, her devastated parents turned to each other for comfort...

...which resulted in the birth of a son, NicholasSim!

Unfortunately, soon after the happy event, the new parents fell ill with a mysterious sickness, later determined to be caused by the family's pet gerbil Mokona -- I had no idea the Sims could get sick, but apparently they can if they don't wash their hands after playing with the gerbil -- so a lot of the baby's care fell on the shoulders of his resentful, murderess sister ZoeSim.

ZoeSim reluctantly took care of her new baby brother, and, in true soap opera fashion, NicholasSim grew into a young boy just about her age in only three days. However, NicholasSim looks nothing like his father! (Actually, he kind of does, but pretend that he doesn't.) Is R---Sim actually the father? Or is NicholasSim's father one of MegSim's other male lovers?

Probably a smart decision staying away. It's definitely addictive. ^_^

Good to see that my Sims self has my taste in shirts. ^_^; Why I seem to have turned gay, I will never know.

I was surprised, too. All of the sudden, my Sims started coughing and sneezing and losing their energy really quickly. I had to go online to figure out what was going on and how to cure it. (The cure, if anybody's interested, is to hang up the painting of the gerbil, have the sick people look at it, and then make sure to keep their energy up until the illness passes. Or, to avoid it all together, just don't get a gerbil, or at least wash your hands after playing with it.)

I'm already trying to come up with more ideas for the next post. ^_^
