Well, that was kind of boring

Man, Edouard was a pussy cat. It wasn't even worth shutting down the computer for most of the day because our electricity never went out! Granted, it was rather nice to ride out the storm in comfort, and thank goodness it never formed into a hurricane, but I was in the mood to listen to a real storm. :( As long as it's not when I'm trying to sleep, I love listening to booms of thunder and pounding rain hitting our roof, but I barely heard a peep. If it wasn't for the looks I kept taking outside and the meteorologists on TV telling me so, I wouldn't have believed we were being hit by a tropical storm. All it did was rain all day, with a little stronger winds than usual and the occasional, far-off rumble of thunder.

Oh, well, with the computer turned off and the electricity still on, I managed to make it almost halfway through my continuing Sailor Moon marathon. I watched the R movie and the first seven episodes of the S season, so I guess that wasn't a bad way to spend the storm. ^_~
