Yuu Watase, without a doubt. I have all her works currently translated in English, and even a few scanlated series which I would love to see licensed some day. I love her beautiful and sexy artwork, and her stories are usually to my taste as well. Ceres: Celestial Maiden is among my all-time top five manga, and I adore Arata: The Legend and Absolute Boyfriend. Fushgi Yuugi is great until the second part, which was unnecessary and obviously written just to satisfy demands from the publisher for more, but I have to admit I actually prefer the anime to the manga overall. Manga artwork is still better, though. I even have the artbook, 'cause, man, does she draw pretty!.
