Personally, I'd either put them all under the Dream Lovers title as separate chapters (I've seen that done very nicely by other authors on ff.net) OR group them as separate them by canon and then post the canon groups as different stories. At least that way, they would still be attractive to people who (like me) avoid "stories" under a certain word count for fears about quality.
[Although I wouldn't worry about that if they were by you, but in general unless I know the author, I avoid stories on ff.net with low word count and/or low word average per chapter.)
