Favorite Outer System Soldier (and why)

It depends on the canon. In the anime, I love Michiru/Neptune; in the manga, my favorite is Setsuna/Pluto. But if I have to choose between the two, my overall favorite is Pluto. I think having power of time is cool, her friendship with Chibi-Usa and Hotaru is super-sweet, her possible unrequited love for King Endymion and the loneliness she must have felt as the Time Guardian appeals to the angst-lover in me, and, well, she's just awesome.

I love all the Outers, though, really.
