30 Days On Fanfic - Day 14

Day 14 – Ratings – how high are you comfortable with going? Have you ever written higher? If you're comfortable with NC-17, have you ever been shocked by finding that the story you're writing is G-rated instead?

Though I have written a couple of NC-17 scenes, I always cut them out when I'm posting online and keep them to myself. I'm only comfortable posting up to R. As for being shocked by writing G-rated stuff instead? No. I mean, what's the fun in limiting yourself to only one rating? I like to write a variety of different types of stories. Some are G-rated, some are R-rated, and some are in-between. Doesn't matter to me.

Out of curiosity, though, here's the breakdown of my FF.net profile:

G/K - 12 fics
PG/K+ - 18 fics
PG-13/T - 17 fics (although one is a collection of ficlets that features some lower-rated stories)
R/M - 8 fics (although one is a collection of ficlets that features some lower-rated stories)
