Day 13 – Do you prefer canon or fanon when you write? Has writing fanfic for a fandom changed the way you see some or even all of the original source material?

Canon, definitely. Well, I suppose some people would consider Pluto having feelings for Endymion fanon, but there's definitely subtext in the manga if you want to see it, and I believe it actually is canon in one of the SeraMyu, so I still consider it at least canon-based. And while I do have some non-canon pairings I like, when I do write them, I still try to respect canon while doing so.

As for the second question? No, not really.
