You have seven days of dream-dates (all of which, of course, end in mind-blowing sex, hence the title of the game, if, of course, you're into that. You can also just cuddle with your date, if you'd rather). You are allowed to choose one celebrity date for each night of the week and one alternate for each night, in case your first choice dream date is, say, arrested or is away on location. The remainder of the rules are as follows:
1) The definition of "celebrity" varies according to the group with whom you're playing. Basically, everyone in the group needs to be able to pick your choices out of a police line-up.
2) No time-traveling. I'd like to date Paul Newman, circa Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, but that's against the rules. Everyone you date, you date right now.
3) It doesn't matter if you and your friends all have George Clooney as your Saturday night. This is bound to happen and it's fair within the rules of the game: having to cross check your schedule with your friends will add a level of difficulty to this game that you don't need. It's hard enough to decide whether So and So is a Tuesday or a Wednesday without having to make an Excel spreadsheet to make sure you're not stepping on your officemate's toes. You'll see.
4) You can't use, say, "the cast of Band of Brothers" as one night. One man or woman per night. Nice try, though.
Sunday
1st pick - Josh Groban (singer)
That voice... Just imagine how romantic it would be to have him sing only for me. *dreamy sigh* It would be like a dream come true!
Back-up pick - Brian Joubert (figure skater)
Mmmm... Yummy French accent.
Monday
1st pick - David Krumholtz (actor, Numb3rs)
The hair. It's ALL about the hair. (The rest of him ain't so bad to look at either.)
Back-up pick - Michael Douglas (actor)
Okay, so he's a bit old, but come on, the guy looks pretty good for his age! (And if I was into women, his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones would so be on this list. Threesome, anybody? ^_^)
Tuesday
1st pick - Dylan McDermott (actor, The Practice)
I put The Practice down since I figured that would be the thing most people recognize him from, but I actually never watched the show. My crush on him began when he starred in the remake of Miracle on 34th Street.
Back-up pick - Johnny Depp (actor)
Does this really need explaining?
Wednesday
1st pick - Patrick Dempsey (actor, Grey's Anatomy)
*swoons* Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!
Back-up pick - Andy Pettitte (pitcher for the Houston Astros)
It was a tough pick between him and Craig Biggio, but I think Andy's the more physically attractive...
Thursday
1st pick - Tom Welling (actor, Smallville)
The guy has the most beautiful, piercing blue eyes EVER.
Back-up pick - Gregory Smith (actor, Everwood)
Since I picked somebody from Smallville, I thought his back-up should be from my other Thursday night show Everwood. Very cute. ^_^
Thursday
1st pick - Hugh Grant (actor)
Simply adorable. The accent doesn't hurt.
Back-up pick - Prince Harry (royal)
Forget about William. Give me the redhead prince any day.
Saturday
1st pick - Orlando Bloom (actor)
Okay, I'll be honest here -- I don't think I've ever actually watched any of his movies. However, the guy is pretty. If there was ever such a thing as a real-life bishie, it would be Orlando Bloom.
Back-up pick - Rupert Grint (actor, Harry Potter films)
Who cares if it's probably illegal? I love the red hair.
