Name 5 characters you didn't like at first, but eventually learned to love.

1. Aino Minako from Sailor Moon - Okay, I'll admit that I disliked Minako for one simple very petty and shallow reason: because her fuku was orange. You see, I hate the color orange, so my hatred of the color rubbed off on the character. Fortunately, I eventually learned to look past her ugly fuku and realized what an awesome character she really is. (Although I still really hate her fuku.)

2. Sohma Yuki from Fruits Basket - I just wrote an entry about why my feelings changed about Yuki a few days ago, so there's no reason to rehash it. Basically, once he started hanging out with the student council members and worked out his true feelings for Tohru, he became a much more appealing character.

3. Leon Oswald from Kaleido Star - Strangely enough, it was the dub that made me fall in love with him. I didn't think much of him the first time I watched the show in Japanese, but when I watched the dub, it was like, "Oh, wow, this guy is incredibly sexy," no doubt thanks to the French accent his English voice actor used. *laughs* What can I say, I'm a sucker for guys with accents.

4. Severus Snape from Harry Potter - In the first book, he was just a mean teacher who had it in for Harry, but with each subsequent book he became a much more complex, intriguing character. Can I say I actually like him? No, not really. But I do love the depth of his character. He's just fascinating.

5. Ikari Gendo from Evangelion - He's basically like Snape. Gendo's personality isn't really attractive, but his character has hidden depths that make him incredibly intriguing. 

What 5 series/books/movies can you rewatch/reread time and again?

I'm going to copy December and do separate lists for each, because it's just too hard to think of a Top 5 list out of everything.

What are your five favorite canonical romances?

1. Helios/Chibi-Usa (Sailor Moon) - Duh. If you didn't know they would be first on the list, you don't know me very well at all. ^_^ The perfect example of friendship turning into something more.

2. Kyo/Tohru (Fruits Basket) - I love how Tohru brings out the softer side of Kyo and Kyo always encourages her to stand up for herself. They're really good for each other.

3. Ayato/Haruka (Rah-Xephon) - It's amazing how devoted Haruka is to Ayato, even if he was stuck in Tokyo Jupiter, which caused his aging process to slow down and his memories of her to be pretty much forgotten. Still, it's pretty obvious he felt the same way about her, considering who Ixtli was.

4. Yousuke/Momoko (Wedding Peach) - An example of "they hate each other; no, they love each other," done right, I really loved how their relationship slowly developed over time. Plus, the whole Romeo and Juliet situation near the end was wonderful.

5. Seishiro/Hikaru (Princess Nine) - They don't get a lot of screentime together, since for most of the series, Seishiro is in love with his best friend Ryo, but still, when they do finally get together... Cutest. Couple. Ever.
