*sniffles*

Ugh, I hate colds, especially in the summertime. I'm already miserable because of the heat, and now I'm even more miserable because I can barely breath.

Anyway, as the title says...

Which of your stories...

(1) you would show your mom if you didn't think she'd freak out.

Hmm, I don't know. I guess any story that didn't have sex or swearing in it would be fine, not that she would really freak out if she did read those stories... It's just that it might be a little surprising for her since I'm a wait-until-marriage/never-ever-curse type of person in real life. *laughs*

(2) is most representative of you as a writer (however you choose to define that).

I guess it would be a tie between Against the Rules and Spirit of Fire.

(3) is your best shot at "ventriloquizing" a voice or style that you don't normally use.

Taboo, maybe? Since it's a monologue.

(4) contains characterization you're proudest of.

Spirit of Fire. I really like how I portrayed Rei through the years.

(5) has the cleverest premise (in your opinion) or contains the cleverest ideas.

That's a tough one. I suppose I'll say Search for the Missing Past. Characters looking for long-lost relatives is kind of a cliche idea, but as far as I know, mine is the first story in the Princess Tutu fandom to even address the issue of Rue's family. Oh, and I guess Setsuna being driven crazy by a cuckoo clock in Tick Tock was pretty clever as well.

(6) feels the most emotionally genuine to you (however you choose to define that).

Most of them, truthfully. I think being able to convey emotions well is one of my strong points as a writer. If I have to pick one, though, I guess I'll go with Spirit of Fire.

(7) you'd give to an editor as a writing sample (pretend that porn isn't an issue).

Probably either Against the Rules or Machiavelli's Folly.

(8) you would actually reread for pleasure.

Oh, I'm constantly rereading my stuff, so I can't really choose.

(9) contains your best sex writing.

That's easy: Against the Rules, since that's the only story that really has actual sex scenes, although they're not very detailed. (Well, I suppose you could count Sand of Time (Destiny Arrives), Star-Crossed Lovers, and Pillow Talk as having sex scenes as well, but they're even more vague.)

(11) has the best title.

Machiavelli's Folly, without a doubt. I'm ridiculously proud of coming up with that title.

(12) you wish more people had read.

My two Someday's Dreamers stories: The Most Important Lesson and A Dream Come True. I just wish the fandom was more active. :(

(13) you're proudest of.

Four way tie between Machiavelli's Folly, Kiss Me, Hawk's Eye View, and Against the Rules.
