Name five non-canoncial couples that you would like - or would have liked - to see get together in canon.

1. Endymion/Pluto (Sailor Moon) - At least for a one night stand. It would have totally ruined canon if he actually had left Usagi for Pluto, but stil...
2. Amon/Robin (Witch Hunter Robin) - There were hints they they had feelings for each other in canon, but nothing concrete.
3. Yuri/Layla (Kaleido Star) - They would make gorgeous babies, although I can't imagine either one of them really wanting kids. They're too devoted to their careers.
4. Roy Mustang/Riza Hawkeye (Fullmetlal Alchemist) - I just like the idea of them together.
5. Nana O./Yasu (NANA) - Since the manga is still ongoing, this one is actually possible. I hope it does happen, because they fit so well together.

Setsuna having a one night stand with Mamoru should totally be canon (it would be so interesting to explore the repercussions, like in the fic you wrote ages ago. I'd like to see a lasting impact on Mamoru and Usagi's relationship, which is almost too perfect). I'm surprised how fond I am of that pairing, considering it jeopardizes the existence of my favorite character (though I really only like them in the unrequited/one night stand light as well).

Yuri and Layla infuriated me, you knew how they felt but they never said anything! I could see them having kids, trapeze artist isn't a career know for it's longevity. They could open a school or something and train their children to follow in their footsteps :D

A one-night stand certainly would have made things a little more interesting in canon!

As for Layla and Yuri, Layla may have retired from the trapeze, but now she's doing Broadway, which can offer her a bit more longevity, and Yuri's helping Kalos with the business part of Kaleido Stage at the end of the series. I still think it's unlikely they would ever have kids, especially considering Layla's issues with her father. I think if she ever did have kids, she'd want to be a stay-at-home mom and really be there for them, but I just can't really imagine her as the stay-at-home sort! *laughs*
